* A Joint Care Coordinator (JCC) ~The JCC is a registered nurse who oversees the daily operations of the Joint Replacement Center. The coordinator provides education to the
patient and their family. The JCC is responsible for developing your plan of care from the time your surgery is scheduled to the end of your post-op hospital stay.
* A dedicated surgical and nursing staff ~ These team members are directly involved in patient care with a focus on patient safety, optimal patient outcomes, high customer
satisfaction, teamwork, and respect.
